What comes with Web Application MVP

A team ready to validate one defined, secured business workflow.

Included in the baseline

  • $2,500 paid discovery, workflow map, and responsive prototype
  • One primary workflow with up to two application roles
  • Secured account boundary and essential records and reporting for that workflow
  • Staging, acceptance support, and production-launch plan

Quoted separately

  • Native mobile apps and multiple independent workflows
  • Realtime collaboration, broad automation, or legacy-data cleanup
  • Regulated-compliance certification, third-party usage, and integrations

Scope, reviews, and payments

What changes the price?

More roles or workflows, integrations, migration, realtime behavior, and compliance requirements change the implementation order after discovery.

A revision round is one consolidated response to the presented scope. New features or a changed approved direction need a written change order.

How payment is staged

$2,500 discovery; after approved scope, 30% of the remaining baseline at implementation start, 30% at feature-complete staging, and 40% before launch/source handoff.

Milestone invoices are due in seven calendar days. Production follows the signed agreement, required access, and verified payment success.

What happens next

Tell us your goal and constraints. We qualify the project, review a private concept and preferred-contact meeting, then provide a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, schedule, and payment milestones before production.

After acceptance, Launch and Growth include a 30-day written-scope defect warranty; the MVP includes 60 days. Ongoing changes and care are scoped separately.

Fit before promises

A good fit

Businesses that value clear scope, an authorized contact, supported systems, timely access, and traceable decisions.

Not a fit

Unsafe or unlawful work, credential sharing, undisclosed access, invented guarantees, or work that cannot be responsibly bounded.
