PROJECTS
Know what you are buying before we price the build.
Compare website baselines, a paid application discovery step, and the scope decisions that shape your final project price.
Website builds
Two clear ways to build a website.
Both are custom, responsive website projects with a written scope and launch assistance. The larger package adds a governed content system and a broader conversion plan.

Read the Growth Website scope
Each baseline includes one brand direction. A revision round is one consolidated response to the presented work; new features or changed approved direction require a written change order.
Custom web application
Scope the workflow before committing to a build.
An application needs its own discovery because users, permissions, records, and acceptance rules determine the real build. One workflow is one task from start to finish—for example, a request is submitted, reviewed, and resolved. The starting build price covers that defined path.
01 · First decisionPaid discovery
$2,500
We define what one useful release needs before you commit to production.
- Primary workflow and role map
- Prototype direction and technical boundaries
- Written implementation scope and price decision
You can stop with the discovery package if the build does not fit, or approve a revised implementation order.

02 · Approved buildWeb Application MVP
From $15,000
The $2,500 discovery is included in this baseline, not added to it. The baseline covers one secured primary workflow, up to two application roles, essential records and reporting, staging, and a launch plan.

Integrations, migration, realtime features, additional workflows, regulated compliance work, and third-party usage change the scope and are priced separately.
Why the final quote can change
What moves a project beyond its baseline?
The published figures are starting points for the listed deliverables. We name additional work and its effect on price and timing in the written order before it begins.
More content or layouts
Additional pages, new templates, copywriting, or content production add work beyond the website baseline.
More interactions
Commerce, custom forms, member accounts, and extra conversion journeys change the design and testing scope.
More systems or data
Paid integrations, data migration, unusual editorial permissions, and vendor dependencies need separate review.
More rounds or workflows
New features, a changed approved direction, added application roles, and independent workflows require a change order.
How extras are priced
We confirm the requested addition, dependencies, deliverables, price, and schedule in writing before work starts. There is no universal per-page or per-integration fee because complexity varies. Hosting, subscriptions, paid assets, and provider fees are separate.

Common price questions
Know the boundaries before you decide.
Is the starting price my final quote?
No. The baseline price applies to the listed scope. We confirm the final price, deliverables, schedule, exclusions, and payment milestones in a written order after qualification.
Who supplies words, images, and hosting?
You provide approved content and lawful assets unless the written order includes content production. Copywriting, hosting, paid assets, and third-party services are separate from the listed website baselines.
What happens if discovery changes the application plan?
You receive the paid discovery package and can stop there. If the desired build needs more scope than the baseline, we provide a revised implementation order for your approval before production.
What do I own after the project?
After full payment, the custom project code, original design deliverables, and customer-specific content identified in the order transfer to you. Pre-existing tools and third-party materials retain their own licenses.
What happens after launch?
Launch and Growth include a 30-day warranty for reproducible defects against the accepted written scope; the MVP includes 60 days. New features, content changes, hosting, and ongoing care are separately scoped.

We will help you choose the right baseline, confirm what belongs in the order, and explain the next payment before production starts.
