What a credit buys
One credit is up to 30 minutes of staffed remote labor. Credits expire 90 days after issue; usable balance is capped at twice the plan’s monthly grant. Additional credits are $75 each. Initial-response targets mean a human acknowledgment and next step during staffed hours, not resolution time.
Memberships do not include endpoint-monitoring licenses, security software, backups, hardware, cloud subscriptions, onsite labor, development work, or guaranteed after-hours availability.
