Authorized administrators can see signed-in account names, coarse device labels and page routes; anonymous visitors remain anonymous. Activity history is removed after 30 days as the site receives activity. We do not record raw IP addresses, query strings or form contents for this feature, and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. Final legal review is required before production launch.
